Equipment

We began stocking our studio with world class equipment in the 1960s.   Since then we have added more vintage microphones, discrete mic pres, and digital recording and editing software that provides more processing power then we could ever need.  Our mic cabinet is stocked with almost $100,000 worth of Vintage Neumann and AKG microphones.  We rely on discrete mic pres from both API and Neve.   In recording studios... the sound is made in the mics and mic pres.  We never skimp in those areas.... because... if you do not capture the sound in the mics and mic pres.... you never will.
